Correctly Lacing Thistle Ghillies

I get asked all the time how do I lace my Thistle ghillies correctly? 

We were fortunate enough to visit Thistle shoes in Scotland when we were there and the lovely Pamela taught us how to correctly lace their ghillies.   If your Thistle Ghillies are laced correctly you can see that just by holding the ghillie in your hand that when you pull the laces tighter it pulls the shoe up tight in to your arch and tight around your heel.   This creates the perfect fit to showcase your feet!
