Returns Policy

Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy

* All goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

* All returns must be unused, in the condition purchased and in the original packaging.

* Underwear and sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.

* Proof of purchase must be provided with the return.

* Return postage is at the buyers expense. Where an exchange is requested return postage to the buyer is also at their expense. You may consider adding tracking on to your return.

* Once we have received the item/s back we will notify you that they have been received and inspect them to ensure they are eligible for a refund/exchange.

* For refunds they will be processed within 24-48 hours on inspection and assessment of the return.
